Finest Holidays was established in 2008 to offer discerning travellers access to exceptional luxury holiday homes in the world’s most exclusive destinations. Founded and owned by travel expert Katrin Wittich, the Mallorca-based company was born from her lifelong passion for refined travel, extraordinary places and architecturally outstanding ski chalets, private villas and carefully selected 5-star hotels.
Originally from Germany, Katrin’s journey has taken her from the Pacific Islands to the Caribbean, where she developed a love for scuba diving, a passion she continues to pursue whenever time allows, and throughout Europe, Central and North America. After two years in Gran Canaria, she settled in Mallorca in 1997. It was on the perfectly groomed slopes of Zürs and Oberlech that Katrin was first introduced to Alpine winter sports at the age of eight. With characteristic determination she developed into an accomplished skier.
Over the years she explored virtually all renowned Austrian ski regions, as well as the majestic slopes of the Dolomites. Season by season her passion led her to the distinguished resorts of the French Alps and the Swiss Alps, deepening her understanding of Europe’s most prestigious Alpine destinations and the nuances that define exceptional luxury ski chalets. Lech, Courchevel 1850 and Verbier remain among her preferred Alpine destinations. Through personal experience in these iconic ski resorts, she has gained a refined appreciation of their atmosphere, prime locations and discerning international clientele.

Building on more than 26 years of experience in the high-end travel industry, Katrin combines deep expertise with a refined appreciation for both Alpine and Mediterranean lifestyles. Her knowledge enables her to harmonise the expectations of discerning international clients with outstanding private Alpine retreats, available with private chef and personalised catering, exceptional private villas with discreet household staff and carefully selected 5-star hotels, creating bespoke travel experiences by the sea or in the mountains.
