Description
One of the most exclusive properties in the Balearics, this luxury villa enjoys the privilege of being one of the premier properties in Mallorca, due to its outstanding location on a hillside between the bays of Alcudia and Pollensa and some of the best panoramic views to be enjoyed here on the island. The Italian designer Danilo Silvestrin was in charge ofthe exclusive interior equipment and design, makingit one ofthe most luxurious and sophisticated properties in the whole of the Balearics.
The villa is set within extensive grounds, bordering a protected nature area and comprises the main residence, heliport, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, terraced gardens, garages, tennis court and separate staff accommodation. A long winding driveway leads to a spacious heliport. The imposing main portal with its four columns covering two storeys is reminiscent of the works of the Renaissance architect Andrea Palladio.
The interior of the property is in the avant-garde Milan style, combining the Mediterranean charm of marble floors on the main floor, marble finish in the bathrooms and typical Mallorcan sandstone casing on the windows. The villa is entered through the spacious double height entrance hall. Large panoramic windows open onto the Tramuntana mountain range and the adjoining lounge offers views to the Bay of Pollensa and the Formentor peninsular.
The lounge with its tall fireplace has all the grandeur of a stately home but with an intimate and homely feel. Next to this are the library and a multimedia room. The living area also has a delightful patio with a water lily pond, the centre piece being a special elevated wooden deck area.
From this focal point you are able to enjoy the superb views through the living area to the surrounding coast line, as well enjoying further outstanding views from the panoramic windows in the dining room. The dining room is also the ideal setting for formal dinner parties as well as forfamily gatherings. The first floor comprises the master suite with two bedrooms, dressing room and two bathrooms. A glass canopy extends over the main bedroom which allows views of the stars at night. The large bathroom also offers impressive views to the Bay of Pollensa and the Formentor peninsular. A second suite completes the first floor of the villa.
The ground floor is occupied by a spacious Spa area incorporating a 12 metre indoor pool, sauna, Turkish bath, Jacuzzi, Float tank and a shower with hydro-massage. Guests will feel as if they are in a fairy tale castle. Next to the Spa area are four spacious apartments with direct access to the garden. The wine cellar for storing and tasting fine wines is located in the service area, underneath the fully equipped kitchen and larders. The garden has also been created to meet the highest standards of design and taste. Typical Mediterranean vegetation grows alongside palm trees and tropical plants and in the centre of the garden is a fantastic swimming pool.

Infos/Activities
Alcúdia is near the well known resort of Puerto Pollença. The resort is surrounded by the Tramuntana mountain range and has wonderful views over the bay. Port de Pollença has a large beach similar to that of Alcúdia and on the Northern side of the harbor the beach is smaller and lined with lovely pine trees creating the well known "pine walk" promenade along the shoreline. There are many interesting sights close to the resort of Port de Pollença. The amazing seaviews of Cap Formentor are only about five kilometres by car from the resort. The old town of Pollença is another beautiful sight full of amazing old streets and culture to explore. There are all kinds of cruise excursions available if you wish to explore the sights from a different angle. You can buy the tickets for the cruises from the pier that is at the southern end of the harbor. The large bay of Pollença is also very popular among the windsurfers and kitesurfers.
Restaurants & Bars: Alcúdia has a historic old town with many restaurants, Tapa bars and shopping options. Many restaurants in Port de Pollença can be found along the promenade that starts from the harbour and continues towards the famous pine walk of Port de Pollença. There are also smaller restaurants and cafes at the inner streets of the resort around the area of the harbor. If you like seafood, you should try the restaurant La Llonja which is a great seafood restaurant inside the harbor among the boats.
Golf: Alcanada Golf Course is a beautiful links style course situated in a beautiful setting on the peninsula behind the bay of Alcudia and looking out to the scenic island of Alcanada. Pollença Golf Club is located in the north-east of the island of Mallorca, in Pollença, just 35 minutes from Palma international Airport, and two kilometres from Pollença, bordered to the sea to the north, and by Alcúdia to the east.
Beaches - North Coast: The most popular beach (and resort) in the northern part of Mallorca is Alcúdia. It is the best beach in Mallorca for families with small children. An alternative to Alcúdia is Port de Pollença. This resort is less touristed than Alcúdia, has almost the same fantastic beach but is more expensive than Alcúdia. Further to the west Port de Sóller is beautiful situated in a bay surrounded by mountains. A perfect town for a daytrip.
Boating is an excellent way of seeing the Mallorcan coast, seaside towns and beautiful beaches. You can go boating on a glass bottom boat, on a large sailing catamaran, on a speed boat or on a luxury yacht. Mallorca offers wonderful diving opportunities for snorkeling and scuba diving. Snorkeling is fun throughout the resorts, but especially the coves with rocky shorelines offer fun places to explore.
Mallorca by Air: Ballooning & Helicopter Rides and enjoy a bird’s eye view of the island.
Walking and bicycling are great ways of exploring the island of Mallorca as you really get to take in the atmosphere, places do not go by too quickly and it is easy to stop wherever you feel like stop.
Golf Courses: Son Antem East & West, Maioris Golf near Llucmajor, Vall D'Or Golf close to Cala D'Or, Pula Golf, Golf Capdepera, Golf Canyamel, Golf Santa Ponça I & II, Golf Park Puntiro Mallorca, Real Club Bendinat, Golf de Poniente, Golf de Andratx, Golf Son Termens, Golfclub Alcanada, Son Vida Golf, Son Muntaner Golf, Golf Son Gual, Golf Son Quint. There are also four 9 whole courses.
Gourmet Experience: The best holiday memories are often of fabulous meals – and Mallorca is a gourmet’s paradise, where you can eat amazing food and discover the superb quality wines produced here.
More To Do: Attend an outdoor concert, discover Palma and the rich culture or go designer shopping. Palma's main shopping streets are the stylish Passeig des Born with designer stores and Jaume II with its numerous boutiques.
Mallorca’s Beach Clubs take a day of sunbathing and relaxing to a new level. Expect stylish surroundings, comfy loungers, cool restaurant and bar, and other facilities. Some offer a pool, massages and other treatments, chill-out music and more. Escape the madding crowd and check out Hotel Barceló Formentor’s Beach Club, Palma’s Nassau Beach Club, Puro, Virtual Club and Las Terrazas in Illetes, Pabisa in S’Arenal, Cala Llamp’s Gran Folies Beach Club, or the family-oriented Dalt de Sa Rapita.
Windsurfing and kitesurfing are available in the Bay of Alcúdia, Bay of Pollença, the Playa de Palma region and various other locations around the island depending on weather conditions.
