Tasteful and manicured to the detail, the 3 bedroom residence is part of a 5-villa complex, divided in two main buildings allowing space for an infinity pool that seems to lunge toward The Valley below. Bamboo-shaded pergolas have been fitted to add a beach-chic vibe and provide shade for the outdoor lounge and dining areas, while leaving them exposed to the views.

Moving inside the house, the interior's modernist aesthetic blends seamlessly with the minimal principles of Cycladic design. Modernist forms, open spaces and an abundance of natural light are the key themes in the main living area. There is no need for ornamentation -the facade of the room boasts tall glass doors that capture magnificent views of the landscape. The stark white palette is interrupted by bold touches of black. Designer furnishings are set against a backdrop of materials that are natural yet polished -stone, wood, concrete. In the bedrooms, the absence of colour and clutter creates a soothing atmosphere and brings focus to the views that are framed by the large glass doors.
