Like its namesake Cosset, a furniture shop in Chora, luxury holiday villa Cosset inimitably embodies the famed Mykonian style of boho chic. Cosset Villa, consisting of the main villa and a guest house, is located in Kanalia on the Cycladic island of Mykonos. The nearest beach is Ornos. Laid out to accomodate 14 sun-seeking guests, summer holiday Villa Cosset’s unique setting with unobstructed panoramic views over blue waves, storied magical sunsets of Mykonos and the surrounding islands of the Aegean Sea, make this Greek island villa into something very special.

Overlooking the East Mediterranean Sea, the main villa is spread over 3 levels with 5 of the 7 bedrooms arranged on the pool and upper floor levels. With the exception of the double bedroom on the upper level, these bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. On top, the master bedroom comes with a Jacuzzi and direct access to the swimming pool. The additional guest house is home to another two bedrooms, sharing a bathroom. Like all the bedrooms in Cosset Villa, they are air conditioned and like most, they offer fantastic pool and sea views. The legendary southern serenity is reflected in the open-plan living spaces on the ground floor.

Patterns tend to be used sparingly, bright white walls, hand-woven carpets on wooden floors, side tables and sheer curtains are the main characteristics. Balinese elements such as lamps and palms - even in the bathrooms - add a bohemian touch. The american style kitchen - where stands a dining table with an solid wooden top - is fully equipped.

Undeniably, Cosset Villa's cherry on the cake are its lush outdoor facilities. With panoramic views of the omnipresent Mediterranean Blue to enjoy from vast shaded outside lounge areas and a roofed patio to dine on, the spacious alfresco sitting areas are the place to be for sozializing while still offering guests the opportunity to withdraw for reading. Tiled and wooden floors merge into one another, planted pottery jars appear everywhere and there‘s a separate barbecue set-up.

Lots of sunbeds with light cushions are grouped around the splendid pool, while the seating for chatting and mingling consists of solid wooden armchairs. As evening approaches, it's hard to decide whether to sip a drink by the pool or to stroll around the old town of Mykonos with its many bars and discos. No wonder that Mykonos was one of Jackie O's favourite holiday spots. Close to Cosset Villa, two beach clubs, Scorpios and Jackie O., commemorate the style icon.
