Villa Xenia on Mykonos is located in the Aleomandra area near Ornos beach. The luxury holiday home is a modern luxurious sea front residence with some vintage elements that makes it unique. The villa consists of 5 spacious en-suite bedrooms and can welcome up to 12 guests. 3 double bedrooms can be found in the main building where they offer unlimited spectacular views of the Aegean Sea and Delos island. There are also 2 guest houses with their own independent entrance.

The firsts guest house comes with 2 double beds and the second with one. The warm white Mykonian light enters through spacious windows and bathes all areas of Villa Xenia. Outdoors you can enjoy your private pool or the unique sunset where during the summer period the sun sets right in front of the villa and its wonderful colors fill your soul with a sense of peace. The main asset of Villa Xenia is its unique location and sunset/sea views.

The property stands just opposite of the island of Delos which is an UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the most important archeological, mythological, and historical sites of Greece.

The living room has a unique view to the Aegean Sea and Delos island, while there is unique sunset view as well. It is equipped with a 60’ Smart TV and sound system. From the living room there is direct access to the pool area, the common WC and the kitchen.

The indoor dining area is part of the living room and can hosts up to 10 people. The space also offers a great sea view. The entrance floor has the common WC as well.
