Villa Stark is comprised of a Main Villa, a Yoga Pavilion and a Beach House each in dramatic minimalist style. Inspired vital signs of the home are Malibu meets the Turks. The minimalist luxury estate has jaw-dropping 360-degree panoramic ocean views from its floor to ceiling windows throughout all living spaces. This captivating private estate, sheltered away from main tourist beaches, hosts up to 20 guests in 10 master suites.
In the two-story Main Villa there is a vast great room and dining area with seating for 16 all in one place. Its gourmet kitchen (Miele appliances) is fully equipped near the dining room table with ocean views. The residence offers a commercial kitchen as additional precision for catering to the highest tastes. Two suites are separated from the main living room by a calming Zen garden on the main floor. Four more bedrooms including a master suite are situated upstairs. All luxury appointed bedroom offer en-suite bathroom and furnished balcony. The outdoors of this main villa exudes complete relaxation with lounge chairs on the upstairs deck beside the reflection pool featuring glass portholes bottom to allow sunlight to filter down to the courtyard below where guests can enjoy the main terraced swimming pool.
The Yoga Pavilion houses bedrooms seven and eight. The pair of bedrooms is en-suite with ocean views and cable TV. In the outdoor pavilion there is a superb dining area seating 10, alfresco kitchen and bar area. With seating for 20 the ocean side lounge is ideal from sunrise to sunset.
Along a tranquil garden path is the Beach House, favored for its modern décor and amenities. A fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar awaits and a formal dining area has seating for 12 guests. This stylish home offers two spacious bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom and access to the plunge pool terrace and the beachfront.
Villa Stark gives stellar oceanfront vistas from each of its villas, while the memories its guests can find lasting are certainly its very own private beach. Beyond the main living area will lead guests to the fully equipped gym. Three pools on the estate are a welcomed retreat.
BEACH
A private white sandy beach in a secluded cove belongs to the estate of Villa Stark. Sun loungers with umbrellas, use of paddle boards, kayaks and snorkeling gear awaits for guests use.

The Turks and Caicos Islands or TCI for short, are a British Overseas Territory consisting of the larger Caicos Islands and smaller Turks Islands, two groups of tropical islands in the Lucayan Archipelago of the Atlantic Ocean and northern West Indies. The Turks and Caicos Islands consist of 40 islands and cays, eight of which are inhabited. They have famous stretches of uncrowded beaches and vibrant coral reefs.
The Turks & Caicos Grace Bay Beach was voted as the 2nd best beach 2017. Turks and Caicos Islands are perfect for diving, snorkeling and fishing. The Turks and Caicos Islands lie southeast of Mayaguana in the Bahamas island chain and north of the island of Hispaniola (Haiti and the Dominican Republic) and the other Antilles archipelago islands. Cockburn Town, the capital since 1766, is situated on Grand Turk Island. The Turks and Caicos Islands are most well known for ripsaw music. The islands are known for their annual Music and Cultural Festival showcasing many local talents and other dynamic performances by many music celebrities from around the Caribbean and United States.
