Description

Penthouse Annyvone is a penthouse of 230sqm in a great location - in the centre of Zermatt with fantastic Matterhorn and village views. It is close to the main train station, the Gornergrat mountain railway and the Coop shopping centre. Annyvone was redecorated in 2022, its modern furnishings combining beautifully with the warm wood ceilings. It sleeps eight in four double bedrooms with four bathrooms, three of which are en-suite. Three of the large and cosy bedrooms can be configured with double and twin beds, while the master bedroom comes with a king-size double bed.

The very spacious living room has a wood-burning fireplace, a dining area, and a well equipped open-plan kitchen. There is a wide south-facing balcony along this entire length, while the master bedroom and two of the double bedrooms also have a balcony. This vacation home has a true chalet feel with its sloping wood ceiling, large fireplace, beautiful floors and modern choice of furniture. The chalet holiday penthouse has easy access. It is centrally located just by the high street with its shops and boutiques, close to the Gornergrat base sation, and just a short walk from the Sunnegga Express lift station.

The large south-facing windows give you a spectacular view over the car-free village of Zermatt and the Matterhorn. The junior suite sized master bedroom has its own bathroom of course, with jacuzzi bath, shower and toilet plus a balcony. The second bedroom uses the shower/toilet bathroom in the hall, while the third bedroom has its private en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath, shower and toilet. Finally, the fourth bedroom is opposite the living room, with en-suite shower/toilet. This is also where the washing machine and tumble dryer are stored.

Annyvone Penthouse is set on the top floor with elevator access. The buildings ground floor houses the ski room.
