Description

Chalet Scandinavia in Verbier is a charming, standalone wooden chalet located just a 4-minute walk from the Le Essert piste, offering easy access to both the slopes and the village centre. With four well-appointed bedrooms, the chalet comfortably accommodates up to eight guests, making it an ideal retreat for families or groups of friends.

Spanning 240 sqm across three levels, Chalet Scandinavia combines modern comfort with a cozy alpine ambiance. The main floor features an inviting open-plan living area with a large stone fireplace. After a day on the slopes, relax in the plush sofas and armchairs with a slice of cake and a hot coffee, enjoying quality time with family and friends. The sleek, modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a self-catered ski holiday, including a breakfast bar with stools. Show off your culinary skills while others watch or lend a hand.

The spacious dining area, with its large table, sets the stage for memorable gatherings and delicious meals shared together. Step out onto the south-facing balcony to soak up the sun on warmer days, enjoy al-fresco dining, or simply take in the breathtaking mountain views. For quiet evenings, a TV is available for movies or shows before you retire to the comfort of your bedroom, ready to recharge for another day of skiing and adventure. Chalet Scandinavia perfectly blends rustic charm with modern amenities, ensuring a relaxing and memorable mountain escape.

Ascending to the upper level, you'll find the entire floor dedicated to the luxurious master bedroom. The en-suite bathroom includes both a separate shower and elegant fittings, offering a touch of luxury. The room includes a comfortable lounge area, perfect for unwinding in total privacy - perhaps with a good book - and features a large wardrobe for storing your fashionable clothes. This spacious and cozy retreat is enhanced by stylish, eye-catching interior design. A small desk on the landing provides a convenient workspace for those who wish to stay connected while on holiday. For added comfort, the master bedroom is also equipped with a TV.

On the ground floor, three inviting and thoughtfully designed bedrooms await. The first is a comfortable double bedroom with its own en-suite shower room. The second bedroom offers flexible sleeping arrangements with a twin/double configuration, a TV, an en-suite bathroom, and direct access to a terrace that leads to the outdoor hot tub. The third bedroom is another charming double room, complete with an en-suite shower room. All bedrooms are positioned to maximize the breath-taking mountain views.

For ultimate relaxation, spend time in the outdoor hot tub to soothe your muscles, especially under the starry Verbier sky. The garden provides the perfect spot for younger guests to play and build snowmen.

Additionally, Chalet Scandinavia offers two indoor parking spaces, laundry facilities, and ample space to store your ski equipment.

Infos/Activities

We offer the most luxurious ski chalets in Verbier (Switzerland) - the finest catered and self-catered luxury ski chalets with bespoke service. Many luxury chalets in the ski resort are ski in/ski out and offer spa facilities with swimming pool, hot tub, sauna and hammam. The ski resort Verbier is located on a bright and sunny plateau above the picturesque valley "Val de Bagnes" in the  Swiss Alps. With its chalet-style buildings, Verbier is a large Alpine village which offers all amenities that makes your holiday a success.

LUXURY SKI HOLIDAYS IN VERBIER

Ski resort Verbier offers lots of activities, such as dog sledding, paragliding and climbing. Public spas are popular in Verbier, just to relax, gathering with friends or families with their children after skiing. You can also go ice skating in Verbier as the Swiss winter sports village comes with an ice rink. We offer a selection of luxury chalets and holiday apartments in the centre where the Place Blanche development is situated. Perfect for those who prefer to be in the middle of the vibrant city with bars, shops and restaurants. Our larger luxury family chalets are mostly located in Patier, Sonalon, Savoleyres and in the Swedish Quarter or near the nursery slopes of Le Rouge.

With more than one million visitors coming to the Swiss Alps each year to ski or just enjoy the great views, summer vacations in this charming Swiss resort are extremely varied too. Verbier offers internationally renowned events all year round, and has a variety of sporting activities on offer during the summer months: climbing and mountaineering, mountain biking, hiking, tennis and golf. The high altitude Verbier Festival - held in July - brings together the stars of classical music against the impressive backdrop of the Swiss Alps. From pure relaxation to an adrenaline rush: Verbier simply has something for everyone in its books!

RESTAURANTS & BARS IN VERBIER

When it comes to dining Verbier offers a multitude of opportunities - from family places where you can eat pizza and pasta to gourmet Michelin-starred restaurants. Visitors shouldn't miss to make a reservation at Chez Dany, one of the few typical Alpine restaurants on the ski slopes in Verbier with probably the most beautiful sun terrace with a great view. At 1,722m altitude the perfect place for a lunch break or to end a day of skiing with local food and delicious Valais wines. A must-do of course is La Rouge with its two sun-drenched outdoor terraces. At an altitude of 1,550m directly between the two main lift stations, Médran and Savoleyres - at the foot of the Le Rouge run - this infamous venue has ski in/ski out links to the main ski domain plus 360 degree panoramic views from Col des Mines, to the Combins, the Dents du midi, the glacier du Trient and Pierre Avoi. An absolute hot spot for après-ski! We also recommend to book a table at La Table d’Adrien restaurant where chef Sebastiano Lombardi - in winter and summer - presents a gastronomic offer inspired by the mountain environment and the proximity of lakes and rivers between Valais, Italy and France. At La Cordée restaurant, chef Romain Maillot - with his origins from the island of La Réunion - creates dishes that are often surprising, always elegant and drenched in excellence - an exciting fusion of influences from cuisines around the world. Also worth visiting are W Kitchen and, unique in Verbier, Eat-Hola Tapas Bar in the village centre on Rue de Médran.

SKIING IN VERBIER

At an altitude of 1,500m holidaymakers are able to see the eternal snows of the Combins and even the Mont Blanc Massif in France. The popular luxury ski resort Verbier - situated in the middle of one of Europe's largest skiing areas, "Les 4 Vallées" (connecting Verbier, Nendaz, Veysonnaz, Thyon und La Tzoumaz) - offers the opportunity to explore 412km of daily groomed downhill runs for enthusiasts of all levels.

The glacier runs stay open during summer too. Verbier's main lift station is Médran in the centre of the ski resort. To get up to 2,200m to Les Ruinettes a 6-person telecabine is available. There is also a 30-person telecabine that brings you up to Attelas at an altitude of 2,723m.
