Chalet Akon is located on the outskirts of Livigno, just 100 metres from the Cassana Gondola. It’s the perfect retreat for families seeking an exclusive holiday experience in the Dolomites. Accommodating up to 13 guests, the chalet features four double bedrooms along with five additional beds, ensuring ample space for everyone.

Spanning 400 square metres over three floors, this eco-friendly detached chalet welcomes guests with a warm and authentic atmosphere. The open-plan living area boasts a stone fireplace and large windows that flood the space with natural light. With its high wooden ceilings and floors, luxury Chalet Akon instantly feels like home. Sink into the soft sofas in front of the crackling fire, enjoy a cool drink, and share stories with your loved ones after an exhilarating day on the slopes. The fully equipped kitchen caters to all your needs, while the kitchen bar, complete with bar stools, invites you to sit back and watch others prepare delicious meals.

A large wooden dining table sits atop a glass floor, overlooking the spa area below and creating a striking, unique feature. The sensation of floating as you enjoy Italian cuisine, ideally accompanied by a fine Italian wine, makes every meal an extraordinary experience. Whether it’s breakfast or dinner, this is the perfect setting for memorable gatherings. A large smart television allows guests to watch news, shows, or movies after dinner - perfect for unwinding before heading to bed for a restful sleep.

The first floor houses three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each providing a serene retreat with warm wood tones and light colours that create a cosy, welcoming atmosphere. The first bedroom features a double bed with a mezzanine offering an additional single bed, along with a freestanding bathtub and an open-plan shower room. The second bedroom also includes a double bed and mezzanine with a single bed, as well as a private sauna and open-plan shower room.

In the third bedroom, guests will find a double bed with a mezzanine offering yet another single bed, complemented by a private balcony and an open-plan shower room. (Mezzanines are accessed by a ladder) On the ground floor, a fourth double bedroom awaits, complete with a fireplace and en-suite shower room, providing an added sense of luxury. Each room has been carefully designed to ensure maximum comfort and tranquillity, making it the perfect place to unwind after a day of adventure.

After a day on the slopes, guests can unwind in the spa area of  Chalet Akon, located on the lower floor. They can discover a private sanctuary featuring a Turkish bath, a 90° Finnish sauna, invigorating emotional showers, a luxurious Whirlpool bath, a serene massage room, a counter-current swimming pool, and an outdoor jacuzzi nestled in the private garden - a true oasis of well-being. The garden is also the perfect spot to relax in the sun on warmer days or enjoy an aperitif before dinner under a starry sky. It serves as an ideal playground for younger guests, who can play ball or build snowmen.

The chalet's floors are connected by a lift for added convenience. Guests will also find laundry facilities, a ski room with boot heaters for their ski equipment, a wine cellar, and a garage for those traveling by car. Chalet Akon is more than just a chalet; it’s a serene sanctuary for a truly unique holiday.

For larger groups, the neighbouring chalet, Akaroa, can be rented, accommodating up to 24 guests.
