Chalet Akaroa in Livigno is an eco-friendly family retreat featuring a spa that is perfect for relaxation. With five cozy yet modern bedrooms, it comfortably accommodates eight to twelve/thirteen guests, making it an excellent choice for those looking to enjoy a ski holiday in the stunning Dolomites. Chalet Akaroa is also the sister holiday home of Chalet Akon, located on the outskirts of Livigno and just 100 metres from the Cassana Gondola.

Chalet Akaroa spans 380 sqm across three spacious floors, where alpine charm meets stylish ambiance, blending warmth with contemporary alpine flair. At the heart of the chalet lies the open-plan living area on the ground floor, featuring a glass-fronted gas fireplace that creates the perfect setting for cozy gatherings after a day on the slopes. Picture yourself sipping a hot chocolate while chatting with family, nestled into the super-modern sofas that invite relaxation. Large windows and French doors seamlessly connect the indoors with the breathtaking natural surroundings, allowing the beauty of the outdoors to fill the space with light.

Step out onto the terrace and into the garden, which is ideal for al fresco dining in the warmer months. It’s also a perfect playground for younger guests to frolic and build snowmen in the winter wonderland. For entertainment, a large television in the living area provides an excellent option for movie nights or catching up on shows. The dining experience is further enhanced by a large wooden table, beautifully complemented by wooden chairs, creating the perfect setting for memorable meals prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. A  kitchen bar invites guests to enjoy a pre-dinner drink while keeping an eye on family members hard at work in the kitchen.

On the top floor, you’ll find a serene double bedroom featuring a cozy fireplace that adds a warm ambiance to your stay. This room is complemented by an open-plan shower room, providing an inviting retreat after a day on the slopes. The first floor boasts three additional bedrooms, perfect for accommodating families or groups. A spacious double bedroom with private balconies, where you can savour your morning coffee while enjoying breathtaking views. This room also includes a charming fireplace, and an en-suite bathroom equipped with a double shower, ensuring a comfortable and indulgent experience.

Another elegant double bedroom features a charming mezzanine area with an extra single bed, ideal for families. This room also offers delightful balconies and an outdoor bathtub, inviting you to unwind under the stars. The open-plan shower room adds a touch of modern luxury to this charming space. Additionally, a cozy bunk bedroom that sleeps two is available, perfect for children or friends. This room includes an extra single bed, a shared balcony for some fresh alpine air, and a convenient en-suite shower room. On the ground floor, you'll discover a sumptuous double bedroom that comes with its own private sauna, providing the ultimate relaxation experience.
