Chalet Akaroa is located in the hamlet of Le Fornet, Val d'Isère, offering breathtaking views of the mountains, the Mélezes forest, and La Face de Bellevarde. It is just 200 metres from the Le Fornet ski lift, and regular buses provide easy access between Le Fornet and the centre of Val d'Isère, which is only a short 5-minute drive away. With five bedrooms, the chalet accommodates up to 12 guests. Enjoy numerous amenities, including an outdoor jacuzzi and a home cinema.

Chalet Akaroa, spread over 220sqm and three floors, is the perfect mountain retreat for families or groups of friends. The first floor features a stunning open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. The fireplace creates a cosy focal point for gatherings, the perfect place to relax after a day on the slopes.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a self-catered ski holiday, and the large dining table is perfect for enjoying delicious meals together. Step out onto the south- and west-facing balcony, where you’ll be treated to breathtaking views of the mountains, the Mélezes forest, and La Face de Bellevarde. Ejoy the view over the beautifully illuminated scenery in the evening. Here, you’ll also find the hot tub, an ideal spot to unwind and soothe tired muscles, perhaps with a glass of champagne in hand, surrounded by stunning scenery. After dinner, guests can retreat to the cinema room to enjoy a film or catch up on their favourite shows.

The bedrooms in Chalet Akaroa are thoughtfully arranged across different floors, each offering a warm, mountain-inspired interior that ensures both privacy and comfort for guests, along with ample space for relaxation.
