Description

Chalet Le 4810 benefits from an unbeatable location with direct access to the ski domain of St Gervais Mont-Blanc. Situated in the private and idyllic hamlet of Saint-Nicolas de Véroce, the Chattrix ski slope is just a short walk of 20 metres.

Chalet Le 4810 is a luxury ski in/ski out chalet and consists of two chalets, Chalet Le Dôme and Chalet Les Cimes. These chalets are a unique mountain retreat with eight bedrooms for up to twenty guests. There are 2 living rooms and wellness and entertainment facilities. Furthermore, dining and kitchen areas are ideal for cooking together and relaxing after a day on the slopes. There are 2 large dining tables for a total of 10 people each.

The interiors are modern - in grey, white and cream - with lots of wood, fireplaces and large windows that let the daylight flood through the rooms. The kitchens have the latest technology. Both chalets have terraces and balconies. Chalet 4810 has a cinema room in Chalet Les Cimes for evening entertainment. Gests can relax in the wellness area after a day on the skis. The indoor pool at Chalet Le Dôme is heated and there is a sauna for even more relaxation. There are also comfortable sofas in the spa.

Chalet Les Cimes also has a children's playroom with lots of games, books and activities for the little ones. Both luxury holiday chalets have large master bedrooms en suite and each has a balcony. There are four double/twin bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms and two family rooms with double beds and a separate children's bedroom with bunk beds.

There is a ski room with boot warmers and access to a garage, as well as a laundry room in each chalet.

Ski holiday chalets "Le Dôme" and "Les Cimes" can also be rented separately.

The territory to explore is vast. Also known as Saint-Gervais Mont-Blanc the holiday ski resort is the heart of four villages: Le Fayet at 590m altitude, Saint Gervais at 850m, Saint-Nicolas de Véroce at 1,150m and Le Bettex, which lies at an altitude of 1,400m above sea level. The difference in altitude in the district of Saint Gervais, from 590m (Le Fayet) to 4,807m (summit of Mont-Blanc) is unique among the communities within France.

The quaint 19th century spa town of St Gervais is linked by gondola to the 110-lift skiing terrain of its better known neighbour Megève, sharing 325km of pistes. In addition, when changing mountainsides, St Gervais is directly connected to the ski area of Les Houches in the Vallée de Chamonix via the legendary Tramway du Mont-Blanc (TMB). France's highest cog railway - located on the historical mountaineering route to the summit of Mont-Blanc - takes holidaymakers up to the Nid d'Aigle (Eagle's Nest) at 2,372m.

All of the four villages benefit of access to two ski areas: the huge ski area of Évasion Mont-Blanc, the third largest skiing area in France with around 445km of slopes and a variety of ski touring routes, snowshoeing paths and cross-country ski trails. The second is the Les Houches/Saint-Gervais skiing terrain, accessible via the Bellevue cable car or the Prarion cable car from the village of Les Houches or the TMB from Saint-Gervais, offering 55km of pistes. Highly popular due to its well-oriented ski area and extremely good quality snow, the pleasant slopes of Les Houches-Saint Gervais are appreciated by skiers of every level of skill - the area is a true paradise for family skiing surrounded by nature.
