The Alpine luxury holiday home Chalet Vesper in Morzine extends over two levels with a spacious, open upper floor. Garden area with Jacuzzi where you can relax after a day in the mountains. The chalet is set over two levels with an expansive open plan upper level. The four bedroom skiing luxury chalet has a truly central location from which you can walk to the many bars, restaurants and facilities within a few minutes.
In winter you can choose to opt in to our 24hr driver service meaning you won’t have to travel anywhere with your ski equipment in hand. In summer, Chalet Vesper is a short stroll from the town centre, tennis courts, swimming pool and all the free bus routes.
The floor to ceiling apex windows offer incredible views of the surrounding town and mountains and allow you to step out on the balconies and access the garden area. The entertaining area has a beautiful, modern kitchen with a breakfast bar and stools that lends itself perfectly to relaxed entertaining with groups of friends or family. From the kitchen you can access the garden where you can enjoy alfresco dining or drinks in the hot tub.
A bar further adds to the entertainment space and fun feel of the chalet. On this level the dining area and lounging spaces can feel intimate in their open plan environment as great care has been taken to create different areas in which people can relax. The grand floor to ceiling bookshelves with fireplace nestled between them create a cosy space for reading, relaxing or listening to music through the chalet’s SONOS system.
Stepping outside the chalet you will find a private garden area with a hot tub for relaxing after a day on the hills. There is also a dining table and chairs and a barbecue. Sun loungers add to the perfectly formed garden making this a perfect summer and winter property choice. All of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor and each has an en-suite shower room. Three of the bedrooms can be configured as double or twin rooms and the fourth bedroom has a built in, full size single, cabin bed.
Entering the chalet from street level you will find a large boot room with heated glove and boot dryers and plenty of space to store ski clothing and equipment. There are hooks for bikes in the summer as well as laundry facilities for guests use.

Morzine is set high in the valley of the River Dranse at an altitude of 1,000m in the Northern Alps. A beautiful Alpine village, Morzine has a bustling centre and is packed with great facilities. With fabulous restaurants and bars, a weekly market, ice rink, swimming pool and ski joering - all perfect for keeping the whole family entertained.
The skiing resort Morzine can be found between Lake Leman and Mont Blanc. Part of the vast Les Portes du Soleil ski area pittoresque Morzine has kept its 11th century Savoyard look where you will find traditional wooden luxury ski chalets with slate roofs which makes you feel like you are in a real Alpine village rather than a large man-made ski resort. Previously ruled over by the Dukes of Savoie it is now part of the Haute Savoie region of France.

Most of the ski resorts in Les Portes du Soleil have grown around traditional valley villages - only Avoriaz and the very small Les Crosets and Torgon were purposely built during the mid-sixties. Morzine and Châtel are the largest of the traditional towns in the area. As a whole the skiing is relatively low in altitude compared to most French destinations.
The highest skiing is just below 2,500 metres and the lowest approximately 900 metres. However, the area is heavily influenced by the microclimate between Lake Geneva and Mont Blanc, which generates very substantial snowfall between November and April making it possible to keep the area open to skiing typically from early December until mid to late April. Some of the lower stations close around April 1 or earlier depending on snow conditions though.
