Luxury Chalet Gilt in Megève is located in Mont d'Arbois, 5 minutes from the centre. It is a traditional family chalet with an authentic Alpine spirit and a friendly atmosphere. Holiday chalet Gilt can accommodate 10 adults and 3 children on 874sqm spread over three levels. The exterior of the chalet is all wood, very rustic, and its interior is a mixture of tradition and modernity. With a wall decoration in the form of a landscape, tree branches in the corners of the rooms and stone walls, nature invites itself into the interior decoration of this charming mountain chalet.

Staying in Chalet Gilt is a real daily escape. Wood is found in particular each room. Gilt chalet offers 6 en-suite bedrooms on the first floor, all very cosy with blankets, furs, soft and mellow fabrics. The bathrooms are conducive to a cocooning atmosphere with suspended golden lights and oval island bathtubs. The bathrooms are very modern due to their layout and decoration.

The living area on the top floor consists of a very charming lounge with fireplace, open-plan kitchen, dining room plus a second lounge ideally suited for reading moments. Holidayers very much appreciate the services of their private chef for breakfast, snacks or, on request, family dinners.

The cherry on the cake is without doubt the wellness/relaxation floor. A magnificent stone wall runs alongside the room with a superb indoor swimming pool and sauna, Italian style shower, gym, cinema room, disco and wine cellar. Megève gives access to a vast skiing area of slopes suitable for all levels of skiers. Most of the runs are best for intermediates and beginners, but there are still 23% advanced and expert skiing pistes and excellent off-piste opportunities. A modern system of 84 lifts has been established in the resort. Additional skiing opportunities are available in the neighbor resorts of Combloux and Saint-Gervais-les-Bains. 75km of picturesque trails are at the disposition of cross-country skiers. The snow season here continues from mid-December to Mid-April with sufficient amount of snow during that time.
