Description

Located in the heart of Courchevel 1850, Chalet l’Arctique boasts a prime location. It is just a 2-minute walk from the Chenus lift station and a 3-minute walk from the village centre. Built from traditional wood and stone, this stand-alone chalet accommodates twelve guests across five cosy bedrooms, making it the ideal family retreat in the French Alps. Guests can also enjoy a spa with a pool, hot tub, and distant views of the Aiguille de Mey.

Chalet l’Arctique offers breathtaking views of the ski lift and village, with 330sqm of space spread across three floors. The open-plan living area, centred around a welcoming fireplace, is the perfect spot to gather with family and friends after skiing, perhaps over a cosy afternoon tea. Plush sofas invite you to sink in and relax, while the dark wood interiors add a touch of warmth to the chalet’s alpine charm. Large windows frame the stunning natural surroundings, seamlessly blending the outdoors with the indoors. With its perfect balance of modern comfort and rustic elegance, Chalet l’Arctique has a warm and inviting ambiance that will make you feel right at home.

A well-equipped kitchen boasts a double-door American fridge and has everything to catered for your need on holiday. It is the domain of your private chef when you book a catered stay. He will prepare delicious meals which you can enjoy on the large walnut dining table. Balconies invite to catch the sun or taka a pre-dinner drink under the stars. On the entrance floor, there is a hallway with a cosy sitting area for two and a fireplace, along with a small kitchenette, ideal for reading a book in complete privacy. After dinner, guests can unwind and enjoy their favourite films on the Apple TV, perfect to wind down before heading to bed for a restful night’s sleep.

Chalet l’Arctique features bedrooms thoughtfully spread across three floors, each designed to blend cosy alpine charm with modern comforts, ensuring a deep and restful sleep. On the Second Floor, you'll find a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and balcony access, another double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, and a bunk bedroom that accommodates two children with its own en-suite bathroom. The First Floor offers two additional double bedrooms: one with an en-suite bathroom (without WC) and balcony access, and another with an en-suite bathroom and balcony access. On the Ground Floor, there is a double bedroom with a 140cm bed and an en-suite shower room. Each bedroom combines warmth and contemporary features, providing the perfect sanctuary after a day on the slopes.

After a day on the slopes guests can unwind in the chalet’s luxurious spa. Whether taking a refreshing swim in the pool or soothing tired muscles in the hot tub, the spa offers the ultimate in relaxation. There’s simply no better way to rejuvenate after an active day outdoors.

Additional amenities include a ski room equipped with boot warmers to ensure your gear is ready for the slopes, as well as convenient laundry facilities for added comfort during your stay.
