With 450 square metres of beautifully designed living space, Chalet Falcon combines traditional Alpine craftsmanship with contemporary comfort in an excellent position in Lech am Arlberg. Created for six adults and two children, this luxury ski chalet blends natural materials, handcrafted details and modern technology throughout. Floor-to-ceiling windows and generous glass doors fill the interiors with light and open onto terraces and balconies, while a SONOS sound system and high-speed WiFi add modern convenience to the relaxed atmosphere of this elegant mountain home.
The top floor forms the social heart of the chalet. An open-plan kitchen and dining area provides a welcoming setting for relaxed breakfasts, long dinners and evenings together after skiing. A hand-painted Austrian wood-burning fireplace adds warmth and character, while the adjoining lounge offers comfortable seating, books, board games and a large TV with entertainment systems. The combination of traditional Alpine details and contemporary styling gives Chalet Falcon the feeling of a sophisticated private holiday home rather than a formal hotel residence.
Accommodation is arranged across four bedrooms. Three double bedrooms, including the master bedroom, are located on the first floor and open onto a shared balcony. Each has its own en-suite shower room. On the second floor, a dedicated bunk bedroom sleeps two children and includes an en-suite shower room and indoor play area. This practical layout works particularly well for families, allowing children to enjoy their own space while adults have comfortable and private bedrooms elsewhere in the chalet.
The location is one of Chalet Falcon’s strongest features. The Schlosskopfbahn ski lift is around two minutes away, providing quick access to the slopes and the extensive Arlberg ski area. Lech village centre can be reached in approximately five minutes on foot, placing boutiques, restaurants, traditional Alpine huts and après-ski within easy reach. Sport.Park Lech is only around 50 metres from the chalet and offers fitness facilities, tennis, cycling, bowling, climbing and a multi-purpose sports court.
After a day on the mountain, guests can return to the warmth of the fireplace, enjoy dinner together or simply relax with views across Lech’s snowy surroundings. SKIING IN LECH
There are 88 ski lifts covering more than 260 kilometres of prepared piste. In addition to downhill skiing there are also 15 kilometres of cross country track, a snow park, ice bowling, skating, heliskiing, paragliding, snow shoe hiking and a toboggan run. Lech also offers snowboarders and freestylers the best opportunities to indulge their passion. On the Schlegelkopf, the 1,600m high Lech snowpark, which continues to grow and offer even more professional facilities, gets snowboarders' and freestylers' pulses racing. From the beginning of December, riders can show off their skills here and so enjoy an early start to the season, away from the glaciers, in Lech am Arlberg.
