Arula Chalet 1 is an outstanding luxury ski chalet in Lech, offering an impressive 1,800sqm of living space for up to 22 guests. Set directly on the slopes, this exclusive ski-in/ski-out property combines contemporary alpine design with exceptional wellness facilities, extensive entertainment spaces and beautiful views over Lech and the surrounding mountains. With nine bedrooms, generous living areas and a comprehensive range of services, the chalet is particularly well suited to large families and groups of friends looking for a sophisticated private mountain retreat in the Austrian Alps.

The main living and dining areas occupy the first floor and create a warm yet refined setting for spending time together. Natural timber, carefully selected furnishings and a central fireplace give the open plan lounge a relaxed Alpine character, while large windows frame the mountain scenery outside. Comfortable sofas form the heart of the main sitting area and the adjacent dining table can accommodate up to 16 guests.

From the lounge, doors open onto a wide balcony overlooking Lech and the surrounding peaks. An even larger terrace extends from the dining area and provides a wonderfully private outdoor setting away from the pistes. Several lounge areas invite guests to enjoy the scenery, including a seating area arranged around a firepit. There is also a spacious outdoor dining area for lunches and dinners in the fresh mountain air. One of the most striking features of the terrace is the large stone Jacuzzi, offering an atmospheric place to relax while surrounded by the Alpine landscape.

Wellness is a major focus at Arula Chalet 1. The extensive spa area includes a 14-metre indoor swimming pool with an adjoining relaxation lounge. On the floor below, guests will find a Finnish sauna, bio sauna, infrared cabin and steam room, together with further relaxation areas and a salt stone wall designed for halotherapy. Several massage and treatment rooms allow private therapists to provide treatments within the chalet on request and at additional cost. A fully equipped gym is available for guests wishing to maintain their fitness routine, while a number of quiet spa lounges offer plenty of space to unwind after a day on the slopes.

Entertainment facilities are equally impressive. Close to the main living area, a large entertainment and party room provides an additional lounge with a stone fireplace, comfortable seating and its own bar. Guests can enjoy darts, a poker table, a self playing piano and a carefully selected library, creating a versatile space for both lively evenings and more relaxed gatherings.

The chalet also features an elegant wine cellar for private tastings and intimate evenings, while the dedicated cinema room provides a comfortable setting for films with family and friends.

Arula Chalet 1 accommodates up to 16 adults and six children across nine spacious bedrooms. The interiors continue the chalet's combination of traditional Alpine materials and contemporary styling, creating calm and inviting private spaces.

The impressive master suite occupies the top floor and includes its own private living area. A further double bedroom on this level benefits from a mezzanine lounge. Many of the bedrooms have private dressing areas and access to balconies, while every bedroom is equipped with a sound system and a beautifully finished en suite shower room. Most also include a bathtub.

Families travelling with children are particularly well catered for. One family suite incorporates bunk beds, while a separate children's bunk room can accommodate four younger guests.

For complete convenience during a ski holiday in Lech, the chalet has a large private ski room with ample storage for equipment. A lift connects all four floors and one of the bedrooms can also be arranged as an office when required. Arula Chalet 1 shares an extensive underground garage with neighbouring Arula Chalet 2, providing parking for up to 20 cars. The garage area also includes an ice rink.

Groups requiring additional accommodation can combine Arula Chalet 1 with Arula Chalet 2 to create the complete Arula Chalets residence, accommodating up to 30 guests. The two properties are connected through the garage as well as by a discreet hidden doorway located behind a bookshelf in the main lounge of Chalet 1.
