The luxury Chalech 1 in Lech is a new holiday ski chalet next to the Schlosskopflift. Available now for the coming ski season. What can be better than being close to the slopes and to the centre of a ski resort. The elegant styled holiday chalet offers six bedrooms. Spread over four floors, it is the perfect mountain hideaway for luxury ski holidays in the Austrian Alps. Large enough for a group of friends or two families. Set over four floors, the six bedrooms can accommodate twelve guests.
Every detail has been considered, from the ambient lighting to the calming colour palette and sumptuous fabrics. Each bedroom is styled with its own colour, traditional materials are combined with modern style. An elevator and stairs connect all floors. There is a spa on the ground floor with a sauna, hammam and relaxation area. Two spacious twin/double bedrooms are on the same level, one with an en-suite shower room and one with en-suite bathroom.
The large master suite – on the first floor - has a walk-in wardrobe, comfy seating area with sofa and desk. The bedroom area has access to the balcony. The en-suite bathroom, with free standing bath and separate rain shower, elevates the room further. A further twin/double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a cosy bunkroom, sleeping two, with en-suite shower room is also on this floor.
The top floor of the luxury Chalech 1 offers an impressive open plan living and dining area and the kitchen. The fireplace creats a warm and relaxing atmosphere. This area is very spacious with double height ceilings and windows and glass sliding doors with access to the balcony with amazing views across Lech and beyond to mountains. Blue is the main colour.
12 guests can enjoy a perfect and delicious dinner on a large table, prepared by a private chef. The spacious kitchen is very chic and stylish with patterned tile floor, black doors and modern fixture. There is also a snug TV room for entertainment after dinner or for the children whilst the parents have their dinner. Ski and boot storage and the private laundry room are on the lower floor.
This unique chalet apartment also has access to a luxury shared spa with swimming pool, tepidarium, gym and and relaxation area, shared with four other holiday apartments within the Chalech development.

SKIING IN LECH
There are 88 ski lifts covering more than 260 kilometres of prepared piste. In addition to downhill skiing there are also 15 kilometres of cross country track, a snow park, ice bowling, skating, heliskiing, paragliding, snow shoe hiking and a toboggan run. Lech also offers snowboarders and freestylers the best opportunities to indulge their passion. On the Schlegelkopf, the 1,600m high Lech snowpark, which continues to grow and offer even more professional facilities, gets snowboarders' and freestylers' pulses racing. From the beginning of December, riders can show off their skills here and so enjoy an early start to the season, away from the glaciers, in Lech am Arlberg.
