Binigaus Nou is an exclusive luxury villa located in a natural paradise reserve in the south of Menorca, one of the most spectacular landscapes of the island. With 120 hectares, private direct access to one of the best beaches in Minorca (Menorca) and 800 meters of coastline, it enjoys fabulous sea views, Majorca views and Binigaus's gorges landscape. It has 450 square meter and all the rooms in the house enjoy spectacular views. The construction dates back to 1896 and has been recently restored guarding at all time the historical aesthetics of the villa that it is considered to be Minorcan heritage, and it has preserve the captivation of the past with the maximum comfort. It was designed by the famous architect Femenias.

The tasteful decoration takes us to the past and to the beauty of the great masters of modern Danish design. Each room has a story to tell and great memories of faraway places and heritage: the Manila shawl from the last century that has won numerous awards, the antique headboards, Danish furniture classics , Asian and Indian antiques, all integrated with the spirit of this particular Menorcan villa.

Apartment with 2 double bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living room. The next door barn has been completely renovated, and will be decorated with the best furniture until mid-September. Binigaus will also provide its own SeaRay motor boat. Guests also have the possibility to take yoga and pilates classes and private excusions horse-back riding on the Binigaus Beach and Binigaus 120 hectare on the most beautiful Arabian breed horses.
